Payment and Refund Policy

  • Payments for coaching programs, consultations, or workshops must be made in full before services begin, unless otherwise specified.

  • Refunds are available under the following conditions:

    • Cancellation made 48 hours before the scheduled session: Full refund for individuals.

    • Cancellation made less than 48 hours before the session: No refund for individuals

    • For corporate consultations, the refund and cancellation policies are outlined in the specific service agreement for each client..

  • Exceptions to this policy are at Stage’s discretion and must be agreed upon in writing.

Client Responsibilities

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and actively participating in sessions.

  • Results may vary. While Stage offers guidance and tools for growth, the client’s success depends on their effort, engagement, and circumstances.


Intellectual Property

  • All content on the website, in workshops, and provided through consultations—including logos, branding, materials, and resources—is the intellectual property of Stage and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written consent.


Privacy Policy

Limitation of Liability

Stage is not responsible for:

  • Any decisions made by clients based on coaching advice.

  • Outcomes from implementing strategies discussed in consultations.

  • Third-party services recommended during sessions.


Termination of Services

Stage reserves the right to terminate services if:

  • Clients engage in inappropriate or disrespectful behavior.

  • Payments are not made according to agreed terms.

  • It becomes evident that services are no longer aligned with the client’s needs or goals.


Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed under the laws of Maryland, USA. Any disputes arising shall be handled through mediation or arbitration.
